Role-based access
Five roles, evaluated inside the active workspace
Nobody carries a global role. Permissions are resolved from the membership that links a user to the workspace they are currently in — so the same account can lead one workspace and simply observe another.

- A workspace always keeps at least one active Owner
- Suspended members lose access immediately, everywhere
Owner
Full control: workspace, billing, members, roles and all BD data.
Admin
Manages members, settings and CRM configuration. Full CRM access.
BD Manager
Sees all workspace BD data, assigns work and manages the pipeline.
BD Officer
Creates records and manages the leads, opportunities and tasks assigned to them.
Viewer
Read-only access to workspace information.
Workspace A can never see Workspace B
Tenant isolation does not depend on frontend filters. Every tenant request passes through one server-side boundary that checks authentication, membership, membership status and permission before a single record is read — and a workspace you do not belong to returns a plain 404, so its existence is never revealed.
English and Arabic, LTR and RTL
Direction is derived from the selected language rather than hard-coded, and the preference lives on both the user profile and the workspace defaults. Adding another language is a dictionary entry, not a redesign.
